How to trade-in:

1) Send your trade-in parcel to the following address on 2nd - 11th July 2025 only.

2) Take a picture of your parcel along with tracking number to BVERA instagram customer service.

3) Credit and voucher will be issued after the parcel has been received.

4) Check your BVERA website account for the credit and voucher issued.

Terms & Conditions 

• This program accept any brands of bags and wallet / purse.
• Plastic bag , student bags , recycle bag , canvas bag are not accepted
• Bags with flaws and defected are still eligible to trade-in.
• Each trade-in unit of bags get ONE RM50 credit & ONE 10% OFF voucher for new arrival MUFFIN BAG.
• Credit issue has NO EXPIRATION date.
• 10% OFF MUFFIN BAG voucher has ONE MONTH expiration date.
• Credit can be combine with any vouchers given.
• We only accept mailing for trade-in event.
• BVERA reserved the rights to reject any trade-in bag if doesn't meet the requirement.
